My name is Desmond Blakely and I’m a Personal Trainer, martial artist and training fanatic based in and around North West London.

I have been Personal Training since 2004 and am continuously studying, researching and practicing new training methods to help make both my clients and my own training more effective.

I am very passionate about health and fitness and love helping people towards achieving their goals through structured, fun, results driven training sessions.

I have a strong sporting background having trained in Shotokan Karate between the ages of 12 to 16 and competed in Hurling, Gaelic Football and Athletics from the ages of 12 to 17.

However at the age of 21 after a break from training, a few of years of relative inactivity and considerable weight gain I decided to focus my attention to one discipline and started training in Kamon Wing Chun, a self defence martial art.

From here I regained my passion for training and been physically fit, quit my job as an electrical engineer and became a Personal Trainer.
