My name is Desmond Blakely and I’m a Personal Trainer, martial artist and training fanatic based in and around North West London.

I’ve been Personal Training since 2004 and believe that the key to improving your health and fitness is to consistently and progressively push your comfort zones, taking daily action towards helping you achieve your goals.

I take an all round approach to training with a focus on mobility, flexibility, strength, health and fitness. Whilst I do believe in training hard, I also believe in training smart, and by combining the two you’ll get far more out from the effort you put in.

I’m VERY passionate about Health and Fitness, and love helping people push themselves to achieve things that may have previously seemed impossible.

Now, rates can vary dependant on whether you’re training alone, with a friend, or in a group, which is why I’ve not put any prices up on this page.
